About Food & Fjord Culture

Norwegian food culture has always been shaped by nature. Along the fjords and in the mountain valleys, people have relied on seasonal ingredients such as fish, dairy, fruit and preserved meats. Today, these traditions are combined with modern Nordic cooking, creating a cuisine that is both simple and refined.
